1- I can turn down your commission if I think it doesn't suit me or it makes me uncomfortable.

2- If by any chance I can't complete the commission, I will refund the payment.

3- The commissioner can request a WIP at any time. But please keep these request to a moderate level. I will keep you updated of anything I've done when I have made significant process.

3.0.1- Process will be shown via video or gif. A drive link can be sent in case the file is too heavy.

3.1- As I will keep you updated of the process, please communicate with me any thing you don't agree with of my work.

3.2- You can ask for a VTubeStudio file at any process to test it as long as you paid upfront. But please do so when the model is quite advanced.

3.3- After the work is done and delivered. I can make up to three changes.

3.3.1- If more than 48 hours have passed since I delivered the file and I have received no feedback from you, I will assume everything works as intended and move on.

3.3.1.1- In the case that you want a correction when the 48h have passed, a fee will be charged.

4- I only accept EUR via Paypal.

4.1- No refunds or cancellations once you've paid and I started working on it.

4.2- Payment will be made through the Paypal Invoice system. I will NOT accept friends & family method.

4.3- -Payment must be paid upfront before I begin to work on the part of the project. Once details are confirmed and the commission is ready to be accepted, I will send you a link for payment.

5- Please don't share my private information that is disclosed with Paypal, likewise I won't share yours.

6- I will not start on your commission until the payment is received.

7- As the nature of rig includes Commercial Usage, there's no explicit need to credit me. But I would appreciate it.

7.1- Please don't claim it as your own/someone else's work.

8- The Live2D files can be sent in case you want another rigger to rerig your model, but this will cost some extra.

8.0.1- You are not allowed to redistribute these files outside of another rigger (if you ask me).

8.1- If in the future you want to change something about your model (clothing, hair, accesories, etc) and want me to rerig it a discount will issue over the original price, depending on the complexity.

9- Please communicate if you are comfotable (or not) with me sharing your WIPs on social media

9.1- Finished displayal of the model will be reserved to the costumer.

9.1.2- Once you've publicly announced your rig I will use your model as example of my work on my pages with respective credits to any artist(s) involved.

10- Final model files will be sent via Google Drive. I will keep them stored for 2 weeks at least, then I will delete them.
